• Must be licensed in the state of employment if applicable and have strong communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Schedule visits for patients and coordinate care between field staff, patients, and physicians.
• Manage and edit staff schedules, including coverage for sick agents and reassignments.
• Assist with office and staff management and infection control processes.
• Provide backup coverage during busy periods and participate in on-call rotation.
• Prepare and review scheduling reports and weekly agent schedules.
