Northeast Georgia Health System is seeking an LPN to provide nursing care under the direction of a Registered Nurse across designated patient populations. The role emphasizes data collection, plan of care execution, and patient education within hospital standards.

Ideal candidates will hold a current LPN license, a high school diploma or GED, and an LPN diploma. New graduates may enter the LPN residency program to gain experience.

Qualifications

• Current State LPN License.
• High School Diploma or GED and LPN diploma and Licensure.
• New graduate LPNs or those with <1 year experience may enter residency.

Responsabilités

• Assist with patient assessment and data collection to inform nursing decisions.
• Report findings to the Registered Nurse and other healthcare providers.
• Document data according to hospital standards.
• Carry out the established plan of care and reassess as needed.
• Provide patient and family teaching and discharge planning assistance.
• Participate in quality improvement and uphold safe, compassionate care.
