Relapath is seeking an LPN to join our client in the Greater Myrtle Beach area for a direct-hire opportunity. The LPN will provide care per SC scope of practice, including data collection, medication administration, patient interventions, assessments, and basic health teaching.

Responsibilities include enabling pre-authorizations, injections, medication assistance, charting in EMR, patient education, triage calls, rooming patients, and supporting staff training.

Qualificações

• SC LPN licensure required.
• Minimum 2 years LPN experience preferred.
• Proficient in health data collection and EMR use.
• Ability to perform injections and patient teaching.

Responsabilidades

• Perform medication pre-authorizations and refill requests.
• Authorize and perform CGRP injections.
• Process patient assistance applications for specialty meds.
• Review formulary changes for neurological meds.
• Maintain pharmaceutical sample supply program.
• Pre-certifications for procedures and infusions.
• Provide follow-up on lab results and med changes.
• Conduct nurse visits and patient education.
• Triaging incoming phone calls and EMR input.
• Rooming patients and data collection, vitals.
• Send referrals and manage faxes to staff.
• Order/manage inventory and office supplies.
• Complete daily logbooks and assist with training.
