Job summary

Virtua Health is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to support clinical operations in our South Jersey primary care setting. The role involves patient triage, vital signs, and exam preparation to maintain clinic flow and timely access to care.

You will administer medications and vaccines, perform phlebotomy, and assist with care coordination under the clinician's direction. On-site role with full-time hours and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Current NJ LPN License and CPR certification required.
• Experience in primary care preferred (6 months minimum).
• Knowledge of sterile technique and minor procedures is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Triages patients and supports clinic flow under supervision.
• Document vital signs and chief complaints prior to provider exams.
• Prepare exam rooms and assist during patient visits.
• Administer medications and vaccines as ordered by physicians.
• Perform phlebotomy, collect specimens and document results.
• Support population health efforts and care coordination within the practice.
