Job summary
Linley Park Post Acute in Anderson, SC is seeking Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to deliver direct nursing care and supervise CNAs in a patient-centered, team-focused environment. Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited Practical Nursing program.
- Active, unencumbered LPN license in South Carolina (required).
- Current CPR certification.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Team-oriented mindset with a willingness to support others.
- Passion for providing compassionate, resident-centered care.
Responsibilities
- Provide direct nursing care to residents in accordance with care plans
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
- Monitor resident conditions and report changes to the care team
- Supervise and support CNAs to ensure quality care delivery
- Maintain accurate clinical documentation
- Promote a safe, clean, and compassionate environment
