Job summary

Skylake Post Acute in Thornton, Colorado is hiring a Part-Time LPN for Sunday and Monday shifts from 2pm to 10pm. The facility is a large SNF known for rehabilitation and 24-hour skilled nursing care.

Provide LVN/LPN nursing services and may supervise nurse assistants, with medication passes and treatments as needed. We offer competitive pay and benefits; full-time benefits are listed for other roles, with PTO and sick leave available.

Qualifications

• Must hold an active Colorado LPN license.
• CPR certification required.
• Ability to pass Colorado CAPS background check.
• Experience in a skilled nursing facility is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide LVN/LPN nursing services in a skilled nursing unit; may supervise nurse assistants, medications passes and treatments.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed and coordinate care with the team.
• Collaborate with care staff to deliver high-quality, compassionate resident care.

Successful Candidates

• Current, unencumbered license to practice as an LPN in Colorado
• CPR certification
• Ability to pass a criminal background check as well as Colorado CAPS background check
• Experience in skilled nursing facility is a plus!

Rate Range:

$31-$39/ hour
