Job summary

Brookshire Post Acute in Denver, CO is seeking LPNs to join a compassionate team delivering high-quality skilled nursing care.

We offer full-time, part-time and PRN night shifts (6pm-6am) with competitive pay, healthcare benefits, 401(k) with match, PTO and growth opportunities. Provide nursing services, medication passes and potential supervision of aides.

• Current, unencumbered LPN license to practice in CO.
• Experience in a post-acute or skilled nursing facility is a plus.

Full-time, 6pm-6am on Saturday, Sunday, Monday & Tuesday

Part-time, 6pm-6am on Saturday & Sunday

Part-time, 6pm-6am on Monday & Tuesday

PRN, 6am-6pm & 6pm-6am with good availability

Successful Candidates:

Current, unencumbered license to practice as an LPN in CO

Rate Range - $30-$40/hour
