Job summary

Skylake Post Acute in Thornton, Colorado is looking for a compassionate LPN to join our skilled nursing team. Open shifts include Part-Time 2pm-10pm on Sundays and Mondays, with Full-Time 2pm-10pm options and rotating weekends or Sunday-Thursday schedules.

You will provide nursing services in a skilled unit, potentially supervise aides, and ensure safe, high-quality care. We offer competitive pay, benefits for full-time, and opportunities for growth within a supportive environment.

Qualifications

• Current, unencumbered LPN license to practice in Colorado.
• CPR certification.
• Ability to pass a criminal background check and CAPS background check.
• Experience in a skilled nursing facility is a plus.

Successful Candidates:

• Current, unencumbered license to practice as an LPN in Colorado

Rate Range: $31-$39/ hour
