Job summary
The Terraces of Phoenix, a HumanGood community, is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN/LVN) to join our Skilled Nursing team and provide compassionate care to residents. This part-time role offers a 2:00 PM–10:00 PM schedule with compensation of $30–$35.50 per hour, DOE.
Join us at The Terraces of Phoenix to support residents and collaborate with a dedicated care team in a vibrant senior living environment.
Qualifications
- Current LPN/LVN license in the state of practice.
- PointClickCare (PCC) software experience.
- Minimum 6 Mos. experience in Skilled Nursing (current or recent).
- Current/prior experience in post-acute, sub-acute, or senior care nursing preferred.
- Current CPR certification.
Responsibilities

- Coordinate assignments with care partners to ensure excellent resident care.
- Support and hold team members accountable for quality care and resident satisfaction.
