Sierra Post Acute is hiring a full-time LPN to join our skilled nursing team in Colorado. Shift coverage includes 6am-6pm and 6pm-6am with several day options. You will provide nursing care, medication administration, and treatments in a supportive, patient-centered environment.

Qualifications
