Job summary

Hilltop Park Post Acute in Denver, CO is seeking an LPN for part-time shifts (2pm-10pm with 1 set weekend day or weekend rotation; 10pm-6am with 1 set weekend day or weekend rotation). Join a compassionate team focused on resident-centered rehabilitation and a supportive work environment.
