Job summary

Hilltop Park Post Acute in Colorado is seeking qualified LPNs for full-time and part-time roles with 6am-2pm, 2pm-10pm, and 10pm-6am shifts and weekend rotation. Apply if you hold a current CO LPN license and want to provide high‑quality nursing care in a supportive team environment.
