Job summary

Hilltop Park Post Acute in New York is hiring LPNs to join a compassionate team delivering high-quality nursing care in a dedicated post-acute setting. The role includes nursing services in a skilled unit, supervision of aides, and administering medications and treatments.

Shifts

• Full-time 6am-2pm with a weekend rotation
• Full-time, 2pm-10pm with a weekend rotation
• Full-time, 10pm-6am with a weekend rotation
• Part-time, 2pm-10pm with 1 set weekend day or a weekend rotation
• Part-time, 10pm-6am with 1 set weekend day or a weekend rotation

Successful Candidates

• Current, unencumbered license to practice as an LPN in CO
• Experience in a post-acute or skilled nursing facility a plus!

Rate Range - $30-$40/hour
