Job summary
Bridgewater Center for Rehabilitation and Nursing in Binghamton, NY is seeking compassionate Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) for the overnight shift (10:30 PM–6:30 AM). You will provide direct patient care under the supervision of a registered nurse and contribute to high-quality care for our long-term residents.
We offer competitive hourly pay ($27–$35), a $7.00 shift differential for 2nd shift and a $3.00 shift differential for 3rd shift, daily pay options, opportunities for career growth,
Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care to residents on Long Term Care units and specialty skilled areas
- Implement individualized care plans under the supervision of the registered nurse
- Monitor and report changes in residents' conditions to the nursing team
- Participate in medication administration and management
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure effective care delivery
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of patient care
