Job summary

Ocala Health And Rehabilitation Center seeks a skilled LPN to join our interdisciplinary team on a part-time basis. This role provides coverage for the 3:00 PM-11:00 PM and 11:00 PM-7:00 AM shifts based on facility needs.

You will deliver resident-focused care, administer medications, monitor conditions, and document activities while collaborating with physicians, RNs, and therapists to promote positive outcomes in a rehab-oriented setting.

Qualifications

• Current and unrestricted LPN license in the state of employment.
• Prior long-term care or rehabilitation experience preferred.
• Strong clinical and critical-thinking abilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work well in a team-oriented environment.
• Compassionate, resident-focused approach to care.
• Current BLS/CPR certification required.

Responsibilities

• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
• Monitor residents' conditions and report changes to the supervising nurse or physician.
• Accurately document assessments, treatments, and resident care activities.
• Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs) as needed.
• Collaborate with the rehabilitation team to support resident recovery goals.
• Provide education and support to residents and their families.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and comfortable environment for residents.
• Follow infection prevention, safety, and facility policies and procedures.
• Ensure compliance with all state and federal regulations governing long-term care.

Job Summary
