Laurel Health and Rehabilitation Center is hiring Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) under inspiring new leadership to deliver compassionate, high-quality care in a skilled nursing and long-term care setting. Day shift 6:00 AM–6:00 PM or Night shift 6:00 PM–6:00 AM; join a resident-centered team with supportive leadership, teamwork, and opportunities for professional growth.

Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited Practical Nursing program.
- Current Montana LPN license or eligibility.
- Strong clinical assessment and communication skills.
- Team-oriented healthcare approach.
Responsabilités
- Provide direct nursing care to residents per individualized care plans.
- Supervise and support CNAs and nursing staff.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
- Monitor resident conditions and report changes to physicians and team.
- Complete accurate clinical documentation.
- Assist with admissions, discharges, and assessments.
- Ensure compliance with state, federal, and facility regulations.
- Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals.
- Promote resident safety, dignity, and quality of life.
- Maintain infection control practices.
