Qualifications

• Active LPN license in good standing.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in long-term care or skilled nursing setting preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Administer prescribed medications and treatments according to care plans and physician orders.
• Monitor residents’ health, report changes, and maintain accurate documentation.
