Job summary

Community Medical Services is urgently hiring a Nurse to administer medication to patients in outpatient addiction treatment. You will work under the Clinic Manager to conduct required testing, maintain inventory, and support providers to ensure a safe, supportive recovery environment.

Qualifications

• Must be licensed LPN or RN in state of employment.
• CPR certification required.
• Ability to travel to CMS sites and valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Administer medications as ordered by CMS providers.
• Monitor vital signs and patient symptoms related to dosage and substance use.
• Obtain vital signs, blood and urine samples.
• Process point-of-care urine drug screens per policy.
• Maintain accurate medication inventory and client records in CMS's EHR.
• Deliver medications to external facilities and maintain dosing room supplies.
• Adhere to all regulations and report medication diversions.
