Langdon Place of Nashua in Nashua, NH, is hiring Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) and Registered Nurse (RN) on multiple part-time and full-time shifts. You will provide high-quality resident care, administer medications, and coordinate with the care team in a supportive environment.

We offer a $5,000 sign-on for full-time, competitive pay up to $39.50/hour depending on shift and experience, flexible schedules, comprehensive benefits, and opportunities for career growth under our new ownership.

Qualifications

• Must hold a NH LPN or RN license.
• Strong clinical skills and compassionate care.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience in long-term care preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality, compassionate care to residents.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
• Monitor and document patient conditions and collaborate with healthcare providers to adjust care plans.
• Assist with daily living activities and support residents’ overall well-being.
• Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and facility policies.
• Educate residents and their families about health management and care plans.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
• Prior experience in long-term care or a similar setting is preferred but not required.

Eligible full-time employees may elect Modified Compensation calculated at 10-20% of the base rate in lieu of select benefits.
