Langdon Place of Dover is seeking compassionate and skilled Registered Nurses to join our nursing team. Compensation:

• Competitive pay based on experience + shift differential

• Sign On Bonus: Full Time: $7,500 | Part Time: $3,750

Shifts Available:

Full Time Night Shift: 7AM - 7PM, flexibility on days

On-call participation required (1x every 10 weeks)

Position Summary

As a Registered Nurse, you will provide direct nursing care to residents while supervising and supporting LPNs, LNAs, Medication Technicians, and other assigned staff. You will play a key role in resident assessments, care planning, medication administration, clinical decision-making, and ensuring the highest standards of quality care.
