Job summary

eKidzCare is seeking pediatric home health nurses to deliver one-on-one nursing care to children in home settings in Pittsburgh area. You will work with families and case managers to implement personalized home health plans and provide nursing interventions suited to your experience and comfort level.

WE offer unlimited overtime in 2026, referral bonuses, pediatric training, and benefits including PTO, health insurance stipend, weekly pay, and tuition discounts.

Qualifications

• Active nursing license: RN or LPN.
• BLS/CPR certification (Infant, Child & Adult).
• Clearances: FBI and Child Abuse (provided by employer).
• Recent TB test or chest X-ray or blood test.
• At least 1 year of RN/LPN experience or willingness to participate in new grad training.

Portage: Monday-Friday 6:30a-3:30p

Altoona: Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, & Friday 3:30p-8:30p; Wednesday 4p-8:30p; Saturday & Sunday 4:30p-8:30p

What You’ll Do:

• Provide one-on-one home health nursing care to pediatric patients in their homes following an individualized home health plan of care

• Work closely with families and case managers to ensure the highest level of pediatric home health care.

• Deliver home health nursing interventions that match your skill level and comfort.

Requirements:

• Active nursing license: Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)

• Valid AHA-BLS CPR course completion (Infant, Child & Adult)-ONLINE not accepted without the hands-on portion completed

• FBI and Child Abuse Clearances: provided by eKidzCare, if needed

• Recent Two-Step Tuberculosis test or Chest X-ray (6-month shelf life) or Blood Test (Upon Hire)(provided by eKidzCare, if needed)

• Applicants must have at least 1 year of experience as a Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) or must be willing to participate in the eKidzCare New Grad Training Program
