Wolfeboro Bay Center is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to join our refreshed team in Wolfeboro, NH. We offer Full Time, Part Time, and Per Diem Day, Evening, and Night shifts with a $5,000 sign-on for full-time and $2,500 for part-time.

Qualifications

• Valid RN license in New Hampshire.
• Experience in long-term care preferred but not required.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality, compassionate care to residents.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
• Monitor patient conditions and collaborate with the healthcare team to adjust care plans as needed.
• Educate residents and their families on health management and care plans.
• Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and facility standards.
• Lead and support nursing staff in delivering exceptional patient care.
