About the Role

Location: Douglas County Jail

Position: Full-Time LPN or RN

Schedule: 12-hour Day Shift Rotation 6am - 6pm with Alternating Weekends

1. Provide patient care, evaluate symptoms, document results, and develop nursing plans within State Scope of Practice and guidelines.
2. Administer prescribed medications following nursing standards and correctional regulations.
3. Implement established treatment plans.
4. Perform emergency interventions, physical assessments, and apply critical thinking skills.
