Position Details

• Location: Douglas County Jail
• Position: Full-Time LPN or RN
• Schedule: 12-hour Day Shift Rotation, 6 am - 6 pm, with alternating weekends
• Bonuses: Sign-on & Retention Bonus

Responsibilities

• Provide patient care, evaluate symptoms and progress, chart results, and develop nursing plans within State Scope of Practice and guidelines.
• Administer prescribed medications according to nursing standards and correctional regulations.
• Follow established treatment plans and perform emergency interventions, physical assessments, and critical thinking.
