603Healthcare is seeking an LPN or RN for Bedford, NH, to provide direct nursing care and lead the nursing team on a 36-hour weekly shift (7:00 PM – 7:00 AM, every other weekend). Compensation ranges per licensure: LPN $36–$43/hr, RN $44–$50/hr, non-exempt status.

The role combines hands-on clinical care with leadership responsibilities, coordinating care with residents, families, providers, and the broader care team.

Qualifikationen

• Nursing degree from an accredited program.
• Current, unrestricted LPN or RN license in the State of New Hampshire.
• Current CPR certification.
• Strong leadership, critical-thinking, and problem-solving skills.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

This position follows a consistent 2-week rotating schedule:

• Week 1: Sunday, Wednesday & Thursday
• Week 2: Tuesday, Friday & Saturday

Compensation: LPN: $36 - $43, RN: $44 - $50 based on experience Position Status: Non-Exempt

About the Role

We're looking for an LPN or RN who brings strong clinical judgment, leadership, and compassion to resident care. You'll provide direct nursing services while helping lead the nursing team and coordinate care with residents, families, providers, and other disciplines.
