Job summary

UNC Health care facility in Cary, NC seeks a Licensed Practical Nurse to provide direct patient care across neonatal to geriatric ages in inpatient, ambulatory, home health or hospice settings. This is a full-time, 40-hour day job employed by NC Health with the ObGyn Panther Creek unit.

You will collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to implement care plans, monitor responses to treatments, document findings, and support patients and families through admission and discharge.

Qualifications

• LPN license in North Carolina required.
• Graduate of an approved nursing program.
• BLS certification required.
• At least 1 year of LPN experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement individualized care plans with the care team.
• Observe, document, and report patient responses to therapies.
• Support patients and families through admission and discharge.
• Provide a broad range of nursing treatments and procedures.
