Responsibilities

• Ensure that nursing personnel comply with policies and procedures.
• Participate in development, maintenance, and implementation of the facility’s quality assurance program.
• Write and review resident discharge plans and coordinate with other departments.
• Chart and document resident information accurately and timely.
• Administer medications as ordered by the physician and verify patient identity.
