Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Direct the nursing assistants and supervise day-to-day nursing activities.
• Ensure compliance with policies and procedures established by the facility.
• Maintain and review Nursing Service Procedures Manual and discharge plans.
• Complete accident/incident reports and maintain accurate nursing charts.
• Coordinate with physicians, residents, families, and other departments.
