Job summary

PACS seeks an experienced Nursing Supervisor to oversee day-to-day nursing services in our Arkansas long-term care facility. The role requires directing nursing staff, ensuring compliance with policies, and coordinating care plans.

You will work with physicians, residents, and families, manage charts and reports, and participate in quality assurance. Must hold an active RN/LPN/LVN license and a nursing degree or approved diploma, with strong leadership and English communication.

Qualifications

• Must possess a Nursing Degree or be a graduate of an approved LPN/LVN program.
• Active nursing license in this state; CPR certification.
• Strong leadership and supervisory abilities; ability to plan, organize, and direct staff.
• Excellent English reading/writing and communication skills.
• Knowledge of PCC preferred.

Responsibilities

• Direct day-to-day nursing services and staff scheduling.
• Ensure compliance with policies, procedures, and regulations.
