Job summary

PACS is hiring an experienced Nurse Supervisor to oversee daily nursing operations in our long-term care facility. You will lead nursing assistants, ensure adherence to regulatory standards, and coordinate care plans to maintain high-quality resident care.

The role requires an active nursing license, a degree, strong clinical leadership, and solid documentation practices. You will collaborate with the Director of Nursing Services and participate in quality assurance activities.

Qualifications

• Must have a nursing degree and active license in the state.
• Experience supervising nursing assistants in long-term care.
• Fluent in English with excellent written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Direct the day-to-day nursing activities on the unit.
• Ensure compliance with facility policies and regulations.
• Maintain the Nursing Service Procedures Manual accuracy.
• Complete required forms, reports, and charting.
• Oversee staff scheduling and resident care plans.
