Job summary

Lawrence Comprehensive Treatment Center in Massachusetts is seeking a dedicated LPN Nursing Supervisor to lead clinical operations in our outpatient MAT OTP. This full-time role directs patient care, manages staff workflows, and guarantees regulatory compliance in a fast-paced setting.

Qualifications

• Graduation from an accredited school of nursing (LPN/LVN).
• Minimum of 2+ years related nursing practice.
• Supervisory experience preferred, unless required by state licensing.
• Prefer experience in behavioral health/addiction recovery.

Responsibilities

• Directs care in an outpatient OTP setting and leads staff workflows.
• Supervises nursing and support staff, assigns schedules, and reviews MARs.
• Ensures medical records compliance with applicable laws and policies.
• Oversees quality assurance and safety practices, fosters continuous improvement.
• Assists with recruitment, hiring, and training of new staff.
• Administers medications as ordered and documents accurately as required.
