Job summary

Acadia Healthcare's Lawrence CTC in Lawrence, MA is seeking an LPN Nursing Supervisor to direct care in an outpatient opioid treatment setting. The role emphasizes supervisory responsibilities, staff scheduling, and ensuring MAR and patient record compliance.

Qualifications

• Graduation from an accredited school of nursing (LPN/LVN).
• Minimum of 2+ years related nursing practice.
• Supervisory experience preferred, unless otherwise required by State or Licensing requirements.
• Prefer experience in behavioral health/addiction recovery environment (inpatient or outpatient).

Responsibilities

• Directs care in the Medication Room and ensures compliance with all policies and regulations.
• Supervises daily clinical operations, assigns staff, and manages provider schedules.
• Evaluates work activities of nursing, technical, clerical, service or maintenance staff.
• Ensures medical records are compliant with policies and regulations and reviews MARs.
• Oversees quality assurance and safety, and supports policy development and continuous improvement.
• Assists with recruitment, hiring and training of new staff.
