Acadia Healthcare’s Salem Comprehensive Treatment Center in Salem, OR seeks an LPN Nurse Supervisor to oversee the Medication Room, supervise daily clinical operations and ensure compliance with state and federal laws in an outpatient MAT setting.

This full-time role includes an early morning schedule, opportunities for growth within a leading MAT provider, and a benefits package with medical, dental, vision, 401(k), paid vacation and sick time, and an EAP.

Qualificações

• Graduation from an accredited school of nursing (LPN/LVN).
• Minimum of 2+ years related nursing practice.
• Supervisory experience preferred, depending on state requirements.
• Prefer experience in behavioral health/addiction recovery environment.

Responsabilidades

• Maintain Medication Room compliance with policies and state/federal laws.
• Supervise daily clinical operations and staffing schedules.
• Evaluate work activities of nursing, technical, clerical staff and others.
• Ensure medical records compliance with regulations and policies.
• Oversee QA activities and continuous safety improvements.
• Assist with recruitment, hiring, and training of staff.
• May administer medications per orders and document accurately.
• May perform blood draws and processing as ordered by physicians.
