Job summary

Salem Comprehensive Treatment Center in Salem, OR, is hiring an LPN Nurse Supervisor for a full-time MAT/OTP program. You will supervise clinical operations, ensure compliance with laws, and mentor staff in an opioid use disorder treatment setting.

Minimum 2+ years nursing experience and an active LPN/LVN license are required; addiction treatment experience is preferred. Shifts are early mornings (5:00 AM – 1:30 PM) with competitive benefits.

Qualifications

• Graduation from an accredited school of nursing (LPN/LVN).
• Minimum of 2+ years related nursing practice.
• Supervisory experience preferred, unless otherwise required by state/licensing requirements.
• Prefer experience in behavioral health/addiction recovery environment (inpatient or outpatient).

Responsibilities

• Ensure Medication Room complies with policies and laws at all times.
• Supervise daily clinical operations and staff scheduling.
• Evaluate nursing/clerical staff and assign work.
• Ensure medical records compliance with policies and laws.
• Oversee quality assurance and policy development.
• Assist with recruitment, hiring and training of new staff.
• May administer medications and document administration.
• May collect blood specimens and process tests as ordered.
• Transport medication or work on a mobile unit as needed.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
