Job summary

Acadia Healthcare's Concord Comprehensive Treatment Center invites a dedicated LPN/LVN to join their outpatient opioid treatment program. You will dispense medications, monitor patients, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team in a morning, per diem schedule.

The role requires NH LPN/LVN licensure, experience in or familiarity with addiction recovery settings, and strong documentation and clinical skills to support safe, effective treatment.

Qualifications

• Graduation from an accredited nursing program and NH LPN license.
• Experience in behavioral health or outpatient treatment preferred.
• Ability to operate medical equipment safely and collect specimens.
• Proficient with EMR and MAR documentation.
• Knowledge of DEA, HIPAA, and patient safety protocols.

Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate, professional care in an outpatient OTP setting.
• Prepare and administer medications accurately as ordered.
• Monitor vital signs and document patient progress in records.
• Maintain medication inventory and security per regulatory standards.
• Conduct urine/blood tests and assist in monitoring outcomes.
• Document procedures promptly and comply with clinic policies.
• Transport medications if needed and assist in mobile unit operations.
• Collaborate with Nursing Supervisor, Medical Director, and Clinic Director.
