Job summary

Mansfield Comprehensive Treatment Center (CTC) in Mansfield, Ohio, part of Acadia Healthcare's network, seeks a Clinical Supervisor to lead the outpatient OTP counseling team. This role ensures quality care, regulatory compliance, and staff development in a fast-paced addiction treatment setting.

The supervisor will guide workflow, oversee documentation, and collaborate with medical providers, case managers, and peer staff to deliver integrated MAT services.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in behavioral or related field with 2 years of clinical experience.
• Bachelor's degree with 3 years of clinical experience in health or human services.
• Associate's degree with 4 years of clinical experience in health or human services.
• Degree must be from an accredited college or university.

Responsibilities

• Provide supervision of clinical staff in an OTP recovery environment.
• Ensure compliance with state/federal regulations, CARF, and policies.
• Monitor counselor productivity and develop improvement plans.
• Assign staff and create schedules; update support staff as needed.
• Conduct patient treatment plan reviews as needed.
• Perform chart audits and share results with staff.
• Assist with recruitment, hiring and training of clinical staff.
• Involvement in crisis intervention and community liaison work.
• Ensure ethical and professional conduct by clinical staff.
