Job summary

Qualifications

• Must possess valid LPN/LVN license in Oregon.
• Nursing degree/licensure required with leadership experience in long-term care.
• Experience supervising nursing staff and coordinating care is essential.

Responsibilities

• Direct day-to-day nursing operations for the unit and ensure compliance with policies and regulations.
• Oversee staff scheduling, assignments, and performance evaluations.
• Coordinate with physicians and other departments to ensure resident care plans are implemented.
• Maintain nursing service procedures, records, and QA activities.
• Lead discharge planning, documentation accuracy, and incident reporting.
