Job summary
Carlyle Senior Care of Williston is seeking several LPNs to join our team in Williston, SC 29583. We are motivated to provide the best long-term care and help our community to the greatest of our abilities.

Qualifications
- Good organizational and customer service skills.
- Valid LPN license and CPR certification.
- Desire to work with older adults.
Responsibilities
- Make accurate and ongoing data collection of the resident’s status.
- Document patient care reflecting nursing interventions and resident progress.
- Communicate with physicians regarding resident needs and changes.
- Collaborate with facility staff to ensure residents’ well-being.
- Provide direct patient care per facility policies and procedures.
- Handle emergencies promptly and professionally.
- Provide shift reports and accurate physician order transcription.
- Maintain a clean and safe environment for residents and staff.
- Assist residents and families with concerns, protecting confidentiality.
- Observe safety and infection control policies.
