Qualifications

• Must have a valid RN license and CPR certification.
• Good organizational and customer service skills are essential.
• Must have patience and a desire to work with older adults.

Responsibilities

• Make accurate and ongoing data collection and charting.
• Communicate with physicians regarding resident needs.
• Collaborate to ensure residents’ well-being.
• Assist residents and families with concern and empathy.
• Administer medications accurately and timely.
• Provide hands-on care as needed.
• Support development of residents' individualized plan of care.
