Qualifications

• Must possess a current LPN license in the state of Ohio.
• Maintain Train The Trainer certificate for STNA training.
• Prior supervisory experience in long-term care.

• Lead staff development and training initiatives for nursing staff.
• Provide nursing leadership and supervision in a long-term care setting.
