Greenbrier Healthcare Center, part of the CommuniCare Family of Companies, seeks an experienced LPN Nursing Manager with QI/Infection Control and Staff Development responsibilities. This role supports building a skilled nursing team at our Parma Heights, OH center.

The ideal candidate will hold an OH LPN license, bring LTC leadership experience, and be committed to high-quality resident care and staff mentorship.

Qualifications

• Must possess a current license as an LPN in the state of Ohio.
• Maintain "Train The Trainer" certificate for STNA training.
• Prior experience in staff development in long term care desirable.
• Prior supervisory experience, preferably in a long-term care center.

Responsibilities

• Serve as LPN Nursing Manager with QI/Infection Control and Staff Development responsibilities.
• Lead and develop the nursing team to provide high-quality post-acute care.
