Qualifications

• Must possess a current LPN license in the state where the center is located.
• Maintain "Train The Trainer" certificate for STNA training.
• Prior experience in staff development in long term care desirable.
• Prior supervisory experience, preferably in a long-term care center.

Responsibilities

• Oversee nursing staff performance and clinical operations as LPN Nursing Manager.
• Coordinate QI initiatives and infection control programs across the center.
• Lead staff development, training, and competency assessments for nursing staff.
