• Develop and update written policies and procedures governing nursing care.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and keep reference materials current at nurses' stations.
• Participate in the quality assurance program for the nursing service.
• Perform nursing assessments and develop care plans based on assessments.
• Supervise nursing staff and report findings to the Director.
• Maintain confidentiality of resident care information.
