Benchmark Senior Living LLC is looking for a compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to deliver nursing care in a warm, home-like setting. You will work with a team dedicated to resident well-being and lasting relationships with associates and residents.

Responsibilities include assessing resident status, documenting changes, supervising RCAs, coordinating care with providers, and responding to emergencies, all while upholding state regulations and quality care standards.

Qualifications

• Current state license as an LPN
• CPR certification required
• Graduate of an approved LPN program
• 1–2 years of nursing experience preferred
• Experience with elderly residents desirable

Responsabilités

• Assess, document, and communicate residents’ status accurately.
• Observe changes in resident health and report to the care team.
• Supervise and guide Resident Care Assistants and Lead RCAs.
• Coordinate care with community providers via case management processes.
• Support resident independence while balancing service demands.
• Recognize and report elder abuse or neglect per state regulations.
• Respond to emergencies and coordinate backup as needed.
