Benchmark Senior Living in Walpole, MA is seeking a compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to deliver nursing care in a warm, home-like environment. You will assess residents, report health changes, and supervise Resident Care Assistants while coordinating care with providers to support resident independence.

The ideal candidate holds an LPN license with CPR certification and 1–2 years of nursing experience, preferably in elder care.

Competenze

• Current state license as an LPN and CPR certification.
• Graduate of an approved LPN program.
• 1–2 years of nursing experience preferred.
• Experience with elderly care desirable.

Mansioni

• Assess, document, and communicate residents' status accurately.
• Observe and report health changes per state regulations.
• Direct and supervise daily tasks of Resident Care Assistants.
• Mentor Lead Resident Care Assistants in job duties and processes.
• Coordinate care with community providers via case management.
• Balance service demands with resident independence.
• Respond to emergencies and call for backup as needed.
• Assist in preventing elder abuse and report as required.
