Brookdale is a Great Place to Be, delivering compassionate care across communities. We are seeking a licensed nurse (LPN/LVN or RN) to manage day-to-day healthcare operations in our Sparks, NV community and ensure residents receive respectful, high-quality care.

Responsibilities include supervising licensed staff, coordinating medication management, and training Caregivers to meet changing resident needs. A valid nursing license and 1–2 years of relevant experience are required.

Qualifications

• State nursing license (LPN/LVN or RN) required.
• 1–2 years relevant healthcare experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manages the day-to-day healthcare operations of the community to ensure resident’s healthcare needs are met.
• Ensures residents are treated with respect and dignity and ensures quality care as resident’s healthcare needs change.
• Ensures consistent quality resident care and service delivery throughout all shifts; may supervise Caregivers and Training for Caregivers.
• Oversees supervision of licensed nursing staff, medication technicians, and Caregivers and provides ongoing training.
• Oversees medication training, pharmacy management and medication supervision and audits.
• Shares on-call duties as required.
• Education to obtain state nursing license and a minimum of 1–2 years relevant experience.
• LPN or LVN license.
