BAYADA Home Health Care offers a Nurse Residency Program for nursing graduates with an NCLEX scheduled or passed in the United States. The program is nationally accredited by ANCC and provides paid training, case shadowing, and ongoing clinical support.

Participants benefit from weekly pay, a flexible schedule after the 6-week training, and a comprehensive benefits package including PTO, health/dental/vision, life insurance, and a 401K. Short commutes and PSLF partnership are highlighted.

Competenze

• Current valid nursing license in the U.S. and graduation from a qualified nursing program.
• CPR certification in good standing.
