Qualifications

• Completion of a professional nursing education program approved by the Minnesota Board of Nursing
• Current Minnesota License as a Practical Nurse
• CPR certification or equivalent emergency care credentials

Responsibilities

• Provide direct routine care to residents under supervision of the RN and follow BON standards
• Contribute to the resident Plan of Care and implement delegated interventions
• Collect health data, monitor changes, and report to the RN promptly
• Assign and monitor tasks of unlicensed nursing staff while ensuring patient safety
