Job summary

CommQuest Services, Inc. seeks a full-time LPN Staff Nurse for our MAT and UDS program in Canton, Ohio. You will assess patients, administer medications, and support treatment plans under supervision to help clients overcome addiction.

You will educate patients, document care in the EHR, and collaborate with the medical team to ensure quality care. The role includes Urinary Drug Screenings and other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED; an Associate's degree in Nursing is a plus.
• Current Ohio LPN license with no license restrictions.
• Knowledge of mental health and/or addictions.
• Experience with Methasoft and Methadone pump.
• Professional and team-oriented in care.
• 10 paid holidays annually.

Responsibilities

• Assess patient condition and implement treatment plans, including detox admission.
• Educate patients on condition, medication, and treatment plan.
• Document nursing care via EHR under clinical supervision.
• Collaborate with physicians, NPs, director and staff to ensure patient care.
• Process Urinary Drug Screenings.
• All other duties as assigned.
