Job summary

CommQuest Services is seeking LPN staff nurses for our PRN pool to work at locations in Stark County, Ohio. You will provide assessments, medications, and other medical treatment directed by medical directors for clients in withdrawal management or treatment.

You will assess patient condition, educate patients on treatment plans, document nursing care via EHR, and collaborate with physicians and clinical staff to ensure high-quality care.

Qualifications

• Licensed LPN in Ohio with no license restrictions.
• Associate's degree in Nursing (ADN) is a plus.
• Mental health/addictions knowledge is highly desired.
• Professionalism and teamwork with clients' best interests in mind.
• CEU/licensure reimbursement and more!

Responsibilities

• Assess patient condition and implement treatment plans.
• Educate patients on condition, medication, and treatment plan.
• Document nursing care via EHR under supervision.
• Collaborate with Physician, NP, Director, and clinical staff to provide best care.
• All other duties as assigned
